I have been wanting to do this for awhile, have my own blog. Someplace to tell everyone all the new exciting places I have found. I am so excited to share my discoveries with you. That’s Not Lettuce is all about discovering new foods, new cafes, new restaurants, new neighborhoods, food-related adventures that are new to me. It may be a restuarant that has been there for 20 years that I just came across, or a cafe that I have been awaiting the opening of for months, or a recipe that I have been wanting to try for ages. So, being the procrastinator that I am, I will start that tomorrow. My big feat today was getting this up & running. It took me two months to do that! Mission accomplished.
